It is our policy to provide you with a price prior to confirming your reservation, responding by either phone or email, possibly both. You may be asked for additional location details once you have completed this availability check, and request a reservation..

We allow a standard luggage allowance of 5 CuFt per person traveling with us. Click here for charts and info to determine the amount of luggage you intend on traveling with. We use Lincoln Sedans and Chrysler Town & Country Luxury Mini-vans, and will send the appropriate vehicle to meet your needs.

We require a credit card to confirm reservations. No Charge is made until service is provided, or driver is dispatched to do job. In the event you must cancel your pickup, we require at least two hours advance notice or you will be charged 50% of the quoted fare. It is in your best interest therefore to call our dispatch and inform us if you will be missing the departure, or pickup time for reasons beyond your control. We do track Airline flights and Amtrak trains for arrival times, to insure that our driver will be there to meet you at the appropriate time. However, we can not guarantee that they provide us with accurate info all the time, so please call upon arrival at your terminal and we will inform you of the location of your pickup.
